Antique Silver Ornate Handled Clothes/Hat Brush; Victorian Floral & Swirl Design

This beautiful antique silver plated clothes and hat brush has an ornate base and long handle with an Victorian repousse floral and swirl design. The bristles on the brush are thick and are a deep tan color. The dimensions of the brush are 3 1/2” long and 6 1/2” high. The bristles measure 3” high. This clothes and hat brush is not signed but it is believed to be from the late 1800’s or early 1900’s. It is in wonderful antique vintage condition with only expected light patina in the silver from age. There are two sets of bristles on either sides of the brush that are shorter than the others but all bristles fit firmly in the dark tan colored base. There are are chips, cracks, scratches, or dents in the silver. Please refer to all photos. This silver plated brush would make a beautiful addition to an antique collection or to display wonderfully on a vanity or dresser.
